Eng. Engy Mohamed Fathy, head of East District, chaired a meeting on the district’s investment plan with members of the House of Representatives and the Senate, among them El Sayed Gomaa, Dr Sara El Nahhas and Dr Dina Helaly, and Eng. Osama Nagy of the roads directorate’s East sector.
The meeting reviewed the projects of the 2025/2026 financial year, progress on paving and lighting and the obstacles, the outline of the proposed plan for 2026/2027 and residents’ complaints, with a focus on the areas most in need, especially in the rural hinterland.
