East District, with the utilities police, ran a campaign to clear occupancies and encroachments on the public road on El Zohour Street.
According to the governorate’s statement, it seized 386 street occupancies and 186 pieces of junk, removed 13 wooden kiosks and 11 wooden awnings, impounded a tricycle used for sorting rubbish and sealed two shops in breach of the rules.
