Following residents’ complaints, East District raided a store used to collect bone waste and sorted rubbish on Hagar El Nawatiya Street, in the old gas company area.
About 100 kg of bone waste and 36 sacks of sorted waste were removed, then the store was sealed and legal action taken, to protect public health and the environment.
